Portable fire extinguishers must be visually inspected monthly by the owner. Additionally, a certified technician should perform comprehensive maintenance and testing annually, as required by NFPA standards.
In the event of an alarm, immediately proceed to the nearest safe exit. Do not use elevators. Gather at your designated Assembly Point and wait for instructions from the site safety officer or emergency services. Do not re-enter the building until cleared.
